Precautions for slag scraper
(1) There are two operating handles on the console. The right joystick controls the forward and backward movement of the car in the forward and backward directions, and controls the up and down tilting movement of the slag removal arm in the left and right directions. The left handle controls the front and rear direction of the scraper plate to lower and lift, and controls the left and right direction of the frame to swing left and right. The proportional valve is used to control the forward and backward direction of the right handle, which can control the running speed of the car according to the pushing angle. The larger the pushing angle, the faster the speed; The control of the other directions by the two handles is the directional valve, which can only be reversed but not adjusted. The speed adjustment is pre adjusted through the throttle valve in the hydraulic system.
(2) There is a limit switch at the front end of the rack, and when the switch is knocked down, the car automatically stops. Due to the different movement speeds of the operating trolley, the inertia effect will cause the trolley to stop at different distances. The position of the front travel switch is generally set to stop the trolley after a medium speed impact without hitting the buffer. In actual operation, due to the position limitation of the ladle, the trolley does not need to reach the front upper limit position. There are two limit switches at the back of the rack, and the one at the front is a deceleration switch. When it is hit, it will output a signal to control the car to slow down. When the car hits the limit switch at the back, it will quickly stop.
(3) There is a limit switch installed for the left and right swing of the rack, with one controlling the maximum working angle of 10 ° and the other controlling the maximum angle of 45 ° for the maintenance station. The angle of the maintenance station can be set according to the actual needs of the work site.
(4) The tilting of the scraper arm and the distance of the scraper plate are limited by the maximum stroke of the hydraulic cylinder.
(5) The Ø 10 pin shaft on the adjustment screw joint of the walking cart belongs to the safety pin. When an abnormal situation occurs and the force on the transmission system exceeds the designed scraping force by 2-3 times, this pin will be cut off to protect hydraulic motors, chains, and other components. If the safety pin is cut off, it is necessary to analyze the cause of the accident and develop solutions before restoring the structure.
(6) The hydraulic system of the slag scraper drive system has overload protection function, and the system pressure should not exceed the design pressure during use.
(7) The travel switch of the walking cart should be set to meet the slag removal travel, and the walking cart should not frequently collide with the spring buffer device.
