TO8 is a pressure sensitive chip made of diffused silicon bonded to a Kovar alloy base. The boiling steel cap and base provide energy storage welding packaging, which is safe and reliable. The external pressure directly acts on the sensitive chip, and the front of the sensitive chip is compressed, forming a fully solid structure for pressure measurement. Therefore, this product can only be used to measure clean, dry, and non corrosive gases.
