This pure silver wire rolling mill is mainly composed of a machine body, a wire straightening mechanism, a rolling mechanism, a wire winding mechanism, a cooling and lubrication system, a transmission system, and an electronic control part. The body is welded with a combination of steel plates and sections, and the small gearbox is made of cast casing. The transmission part adopts helical gears and spiral bevel gears for transmission, and the rolling mill is made of special alloy steel and processed by heat treatment, which has the advantages of super wear resistance and impact resistance. The rolling part is cooled and lubricated by spraying. The power adopts variable frequency stepless speed control.
Multiple roll boxes are arranged in parallel on the machine body, each with two pairs of longitudinal and transverse rolls. The two pairs of rolls are horizontally and vertically distributed, and the diameter of the rolled wire gradually decreases proportionally. The compression rate is designed according to the material's extension characteristics, and the compression of each pass is equal.
