After selecting screw pump accessories, we need to pay attention to the disassembly of the screw pump and the replacement of accessories:

1. Before disassembling, the pump must be disconnected from the power end to prevent personal accidents.

2. Disassemble the pump head

Remove the fixing nut of the pump head and take off the pump head. If there is no pump head but only an output flange, the flange does not need to be removed for the next step of pulling out the stator. Remove this flange when replacing the stator.

For those using mechanical seals, they must be carried out very carefully, otherwise it is easy to cause the breakage of the dynamic and static rings.

5. Before reinstalling the pump, preparations for replacement and maintenance should be made. Strictly inspect the quality of the parts to be installed, whether they are cleaned thoroughly, and whether the appearance is damaged.

6. The assembly steps are exactly the opposite of the disassembly steps.

7. When assembling the packing seal, be careful not to adjust it too tightly. After the trial feeding, gradually tighten it until there is slight leakage of the medium. Like mechanical seals. Attention should be paid to the absence of impurities on the dynamic and static rings, and lubricating grease should be applied. The static ring must be installed flat in a hand sealed box.

8. The rubber sleeve at the connecting rod joint should be checked for damage. Is the cavity filled with lubricating grease.

9. When installing the stator, applying lubricating grease to the rubber surface (including the rotor) is beneficial for installation and trial operation.

10. When fixing the three-way valve and pump head, the nut should be tightened symmetrically and evenly to ensure its sealing with the stator end face.
