The 550-867 sewing workstation newly developed by Dukepu Aihua is a professional equipment used for processing safety airbag burst stitching.

The sewing machine head adopts M-TYPE series 867-190445 model:
A single needle lockstitch triple synchronous sewing machine with a feeding mechanism for fabric teeth, needles, and alternating presser feet. Electromagnetic short tangent mechanism (with a tail length of about 5 millimeters), electromagnetic wire clamping device, automatic reverse sewing device, electric lifting and pressing foot device, and fast adjustment device for alternating height difference of pressing feet XXL super large rotary shuttle (rotary shuttle diameter of 32mm), integrated LED lighting, oil level indicator and alarm device.
According to the sewing parameters set in different sewing segments, automatically adjust the needle code length and control the stepper motor for reverse sewing.
Multi stage cylinders that automatically adjust the height difference of alternating presser feet based on the sewing parameters set in different sewing sections
• Thread tension detector for real-time monitoring of needle and thread tension
The motor-driven separated winding machine can correctly detect the matching of shuttle core number and suture batch number with registration information
Specially designed shuttle core with barcode for identifying the shuttle core (optional accessory)
• Identify core wires and needles through manually registered barcodes
Verify the shuttle core that needs to be replaced through the push plate sensor
RFW 20-7 photoelectric eye detector for checking the remaining amount of core wire
