Whether using pulse combustion or continuous combustion, secondary air burners can be used in industrial furnaces with rapid heating requirements. Secondary air can quickly bring the flame temperature to the required furnace temperature at high pulse frequencies. The two-stage combustion method increases the control range of the burner under oxidizing or reducing atmosphere. At low temperatures, the controllable temperature difference can reach plus or minus 1C. At the same time, the addition of secondary air shortens the cooling process.

High speed temperature regulating burner
The high-speed temperature regulating burner equipped with a secondary air duct is mainly used in kilns with intermittent operation. Through two air inlets, the inlet value can reach 40, and the burner temperature can be accurately adjusted. The two-stage mixing ensures that the optimal combustion state can still be maintained even in the presence of excess air. Due to the presence of a large amount of air, the cooling time of the system can be minimized.
Power range: 15~1000KW
●Applicable gas: natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, city gas (gaseous)
●The flame outlet temperature can be precisely adjusted according to the required temperature of the furnace, thereby controlling the furnace temperature
●When industrial furnaces are heated at low temperatures, the secondary air burner can ensure precise temperature control
●Two stage mixing ensures the optimal combustion state under excess air conditions
●Low pollutant emissions
●Lightweight structure, wide adjustment range
