The rapid development of China's automotive industry has driven the growth of the domestic automotive parts industry. The automotive sealing strip industry is one of its representatives. For a long time, automotive sealing strips have been required to have three major functions: connectivity, sealing, and decorative. With the advancement of technology and the development of the automotive industry, especially the continuous emergence of emerging materials, people's requirements for the environmental friendliness, comfort, safety, and aesthetics of automobiles are becoming increasingly high. The requirements for the three major functions of automotive seals are also constantly innovating and improving. To meet the needs of continuously improving the performance and grade of passenger cars, this article analyzes and studies the development trend of the door sealing strip industry from the aspects of application materials, product structure, and production technology of passenger car sealing strips.
