1、 Product Introduction

The binary separator is based oncountryDesigned and manufactured according to the provisions of GB474-2008 "Preparation Methods for Coal Samples", it is an indispensable tool for reducing coal sample production. It consists of a sealed shell, a groove, a hopper, a dustpan, etc. The slope of the groove and other inclined surfaces is not less than 60 degrees. The main features are reasonable structure, easy use, multi-point splitting performance, strong representativeness, which can greatly improve the efficiency and quality of sample preparation. Suitable for fractional sampling of coal, ore samples, or other non-uniform granular materials.

There are two types of splitters: sealed and open, with materials including ordinary galvanized, 201 stainless steel, and 304 stainless steel. Each set of binary separators has three different specifications: large, medium, and small, which are suitable for sample reduction of different particle sizes.
