Product Description:
For many years, cleaning experts have used the world's mature SITA fluorescence measurement technology, including handheld devices, to control various shapes of parts or specific components to continuously and quickly measure their cleanliness online. SITA's new product Fluoscan 3D is a universal, non-contact device for controlling cleanliness levels.
The use of organic substances such as oil, grease, and surfactants that can excite fluorescence under ultraviolet irradiation can easily and reliably detect organic pollutants on parts. The system adopts a three-axis positioning device to automatically scan the surface of the part according to a preset path, with measurement points up to 50 times per second. The test results are displayed in RFU (relative fluorescence unit) values, and the larger the measurement value, the greater the pollution.

measuring principle
During the manufacturing process, some typical pollutants such as oil, grease, or surfactants will emit fluorescence when exposed to ultraviolet radiation.
The intensity of fluorescent radiation increases with the thickness of the pollution layer.
An integrated UV-LED light source excites fluorescence, and a photodiode measures the intensity of the generated fluorescence radiation.
