CFU-03 and CFU-05 are two electric pump devices used to continuously provide coupling fluid to wedges during ultrasonic testing.

CFU03 and CFU05 are electric pump units that provide coupling agents during ultrasonic testing. Both units use diaphragm pumps and have a bypass to ensure a constant flow rate pump that does not evacuate. There is also a valve on the pump that controls the flow rate. The characteristic of CFU05 is its suction function to reduce water loss when using certain water delay wedges.

CFU03 characteristics

▪ A diaphragm pump with a flow rate of 3.78 liters per minute (1 gallon per minute) at a pressure of 60 psi

▪ An internal bypass to ensure water level.
