Overview of SZD Dehydration Screen Products:

SZD dewatering screen is a vibration grading equipment developed by our company specifically for desilting, desilting, and dewatering in washing plants. This series of dewatering screens adopts a flange type exciter, which is driven by two motors to rotate synchronously in opposite directions, causing the screen body to undergo periodic reciprocating motion in a straight line direction to achieve the purpose of graded dewatering.

The SZD series dewatering screen is used for dewatering and desliming of medium and fine coal, and can also be used for dry and wet classification and desliming of medium and fine coal. The coal slurry dewatering machine can also be used for desliming, dewatering, and grading of other materials with a bulk density of less than 1.3.

Working principle of SZD dewatering screen:

The SZD dewatering screen adopts dual electrode self synchronization technology and a universal fast eccentric, adjustable amplitude vibrator. By using adhesive tape to drive two unrelated vibrators to operate synchronously and in reverse, the centrifugal force generated by the two sets of eccentric masses along the vibration direction is superimposed, and the reverse centrifugal force cancels out, thus forming a single excitation vibration along the vibration direction, causing the sieve box to move back and forth in a straight line.

Installation and commissioning of SZD dewatering screen:

Before installing the SZD dewatering screen, the on-site foundation should be checked against the screen installation diagram, and the flatness error of the pre embedded steel plate should not exceed 3mm. After the screen machine is installed, the relative position should be adjusted, and the primary and secondary vibration reduction springs should be in a vertical state. The motor axis should be 3-5mm lower than the vibrator axis, and then the motor bracket, spring base, and pre fabricated steel plate should be spot welded firmly. This vibrating screen requires that the two motors must rotate in opposite directions. The idle running time of the vibrating screen is 4-6 hours, and it is required that the screen body runs smoothly without any lateral sway or abnormal noise. Check the tightness of the screen plate and exciter. Check the working temperature of the exciter bearings, which should not exceed 75 ℃.

When selecting and ordering, the arrangement of the sieve and the size of the sieve gap should be determined. If not determined, the supply should be arranged according to the right-hand pattern with a gap of 0.5 millimeters (the motor is located on the left or right side of the material flow direction).

2. The inclination angle of the screen surface can be adjusted within -2 to 10 degrees Users can adjust themselves by choosing other angles.

When using forced synchronization, the motor should be installed on the left and right sides, and this should be specified when ordering.
