I. Overview
The SXW micro controlled vortex washing sand washing machine is a microcomputer controlled technology that achieves timing and speed regulation, and measures the percentage of mud content in sand samples. Its structure consists of a machine body, an electric motor, a mixing shaft, a flow blocking rod, a sand washing cup microcomputer control system, and other parts.

3、 Usage and Adjustment
1. Weigh the dried sand sample and place it in the sand washing cup 7.
2. Add 390 milliliters of water and 10 milliliters of 5% sodium pyrophosphate solution.
3. Place sand washing cup 7 on tray 6, raise tray 6 to fully insert mixing shaft 9 into sand washing cup 7, and tighten eccentric positioning wrench 4.
4. Turn on the power switch and turn on the power.
5. Set the time to 15-30 minutes for automatic timed sand washing.
6. After stopping stirring, release the positioning knob, remove the sand washing cup, carefully rinse the sand and mud stuck to the cup wall, stir with a glass rod, and then add clean water until the standard height is 125 millimeters.
7. Let it settle for 10 minutes, then insert a siphon tube (as shown in the figure, the distance from the tube end to the settling surface should be 12-13 millimeters) to remove the turbid water.
8. Add clean water again to the standard height, stir with a glass rod for 30 seconds, let it stand for 10 minutes, and then use a siphon to remove the turbid water from the upper part. Repeat this multiple times until the water becomes transparent (but let it stand for 5 minutes for the third and subsequent times).
9. Use a funnel with a diameter of about 100 millimeters and filter paper to filter out the remaining sand particles in the sand washing cup. Place the wet sand together with the filter paper in a glass surface dish and dry it in an oven at a temperature of 105-200 ℃ for about an hour. Take it out and let it cool, then weigh it. Calculate the percentage of mud content in the sand sample using the following formula:

4、 Repair and maintenance
1. This machine cannot rotate without load.
2. Pay attention to whether the circuit is insulated and whether the ground wire is connected.
3. After daily use, unplug the power plug, loosen the eccentric positioning wrench 4, lower the tray, and wipe the sand washing blades clean.
4. The continuous operation of this machine shall not exceed 60 minutes.
5. Cover with plastic film to prevent dust when not in use.
