*The shell of this series of resistance furnaces is made of high-quality steel plates welded by folding, and the inner furnace is a rectangular integral furnace made of high alumina, alumina lightweight or silicon carbide refractory materials.

*The heating elements of the 1000 ℃ and 1200 ℃ electric furnaces are spiral wound with iron chromium aluminum alloy wires and threaded through the wire grooves on the upper, lower, left, and right sides of the inner furnace.

*Equipped with a digital controller and thermocouple, it can accurately measure, indicate, and automatically control the furnace temperature.

*The furnace is a sealed structure, and the protective bricks and door bricks of the electric furnace are made of lightweight refractory materials. The space between the inner furnace and the furnace shell is filled with high-strength insulation materials.

*The electric furnace door is fixed to the electric furnace panel through hinges, and the door rotates flexibly. When closing, rotate the handle to fasten the door hook, and the furnace door can be tightly attached to the furnace mouth. When opening, simply rotate the handle to release it and place the furnace door on the left (right) side.

*Thirty segment program temperature control. Multiple parameters are simultaneously set and programmed on the same screen, with a menu style operation interface that simplifies the testing process and truly achieves automatic control and operation.
