The dedusting spray system is divided into three levels, mainly as follows:
1. The primary system is the environmental grid monitoring system of the spray dedusting system to monitor the overall environmental conditions of the plant (including: PM2.5, PM10, TSP, temperature, humidity, wind speed, wind direction, noise). Provide governance decisions and directions for the secondary system.
2. The secondary system is an unorganized dust monitoring system (including factory video monitoring and road video monitoring), which provides detailed time limited control of dust monitoring values in the control area and provides dry contacts for manual or automatic start and stop of dust control or elimination equipment. Video monitoring monitors the main dust generating areas of the entire factory.
3. The three-level system refers to the governance system, which includes micron level dry mist dust suppression system, intelligent remote mist sprayer, and high-pressure micro mist dust suppression system.
Features of dedusting spray system:
1. High dust suppression efficiency: With high dust suppression efficiency, the control effect on inhalable dust below 10 μ m reaches over 95%, avoiding the harm of silicosis
2. Low water consumption in the system: Low water consumption, material humidity increases by 0.02% -0.05% by weight, material (coal) has no heat value loss, and no secondary pollution
3. Modular design: small footprint, easy operation, fully automated touch screen control
4. Dust suppression at the source: Treatment at the source of dust generation to control dust diffusion
5. Low operating costs: The dry mist dust suppression system consumes less electricity, greatly reducing operating costs

The micrometer level dry mist dust suppression system consists of three parts: gas supply system, water supply system, and dry mist system. The gas supply system includes an air compressor and a gas storage tank. The water supply system includes a constant pressure water supply system and a filtration system. The dry mist system includes a dry mist host, a dry mist control box, a water and air distributor, a universal joint assembly, etc.

The nozzle of the dry mist humidifier is integrally formed with a 304 stainless steel rod, without moving parts, and has a longer service life. Ultrasonic sonic boom breaks water droplets, and the atomized particle size reaches 0-10 μ m, which can better capture dust. The water mist particles should be below 10 microns and have self-cleaning function. The ultrasonic atomization nozzle should clean the nozzle cavity while vibrating.
