SW series
There are 28 models of snowman RefComp SW semi closed screw refrigeration compressors, SW3H and SW3L, with a displacement of 118~700m3/h (@ 50Hz) and a power range of 30HP~240HP.
SW3H and SW3L are respectively suitable for medium to high temperature and low temperature freezing and refrigeration fields, and low temperature can be applied to low temperature conditions of -50 ℃. Suitable for various fluorine refrigerants such as R22, R507A, R404A, etc.
Product Features

●Adopting RefComp's self-designed asymmetric screw rotor tooth profile, in a 5/6 form, with good lubrication and meshing between teeth, the compressor operates smoothly and quietly;
●The overall size is small, with a filter set. The cut-off valve, temperature sensor, and body are integrated into one, optimized design, and occupy a small space;
●Motor protection module, motor temperature high, reverse, and phase loss protection;
●Operation information tracking, real-time feedback on motor and system operation status;
●Multi bearing combination pairing to avoid axial/radial wear of the rotor, high load, low noise;
●Built in suction filter;
●According to full load or partial load conditions, control the solenoid valve to regulate energy in stages or continuously;
●Special structural design and spatial layout, utilizing the overcurrent refrigerant gas from the suction cut-off valve to the screw suction side to effectively cool the motor;
●The suction/exhaust shut-off valve can rotate 360 °, making installation simple and flexible.
