The SR10003 pen recorder achieves unparalleled high recording clarity, precision, reliability, versatility, and ease of operation through its unique printing recording method and advanced microprocessor control technology. Can be continuously recorded and digitally printed.
Each channel of the SR10003 pen recorder can directly select and receive multiple thermocouple, thermistor, voltage, and current signals, and can digitally display, trend, and record the measured signals. It can simultaneously record the scale value, time, and curve of each signal on a 100mm wide recording paper printed by itself. The three pen recorder also prints the channel number next to the trajectory of each channel. The SR10003 pen recorder can set measurement signal types, decimal point positions, display ranges, recording boundaries, alarm values, hysteresis, system error correction, recording scales, data printing intervals, paper feed speeds, printing depths, and time parameters through the keyboard, and protect the set parameters.
Pen recorders are widely used in industries such as medicine, petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, electronics, and power, as well as research institutions.
The pen recorder not only inherits the original advantages of Yokogawa Electric in paper recorders in design, but also has greatly improved functions such as measurement, calculation, display, printing, etc. More prominently, it has added network functions, which can easily achieve network connection. At the same time, we provide improved panel and button designs for pen type (1, 2, 3, or 4 pens) models, making operation simpler. We also increase the display screen (VFD, 101 x 16 dots), provide more complete information display, add white light LED lighting function for the paper slot, enhance the recognition of records, and design a universal input type. We also increase the standard measurement range and input types. The newly designed recording paper slot space allows the pen type recorder to record and observe previous recorded values while in progress. The improved servo system reduces the space and quantity of parts and supports ETHENET or RS-422A/485 communication interfaces.
The SR10003 paper recorder distributes DC voltage, 1-5V, TC, RTD, and contact or voltage on/off signals to each measurement channel to achieve measurement functions. Use a pen style method to record the measurement results uniformly on a recording paper. Pen models have a maximum of 4 channels, while dot matrix models have a maximum of 6 channels.
record
Record the measurement results on a recording paper using a pen (curve recording).
The SR10003 paper recorder has a paper feeding speed range of 10-12000mm/h. In addition to curve recording, it can also print or record various other types of information on the recording paper, such as digital measurement values, alarm occurrence or cancellation, and predefined information. At the same time, the settings of the recorder can also be printed.
call the police
Different alarm types can be set in each channel, such as upper limit alarm and lower limit alarm, to monitor measurement values. When an alarm occurs, use the alarm output relay to output contact signals (/A1,/A2, and/A3 optional accessories).
display
The measured values and alarm status are displayed in 7 segments of the screen.
communication function
By using Ethernet communication interface (/C7 optional) or RS-422A/485 communication interface (/C3 optional), it is possible to control the recorder or output the measured values from the recorder to the PC.
Other main functions
By specifying the contact signal to a specific terminal, the remote control function (/R1 optional accessory) can control the start/stop of recording and other operations of the recorder.
The key lock function can lock certain keys, such as RCD or MENU keys, to prevent accidental key operations.
