This series of fully automatic constant pressure variable flow water supply equipment is a new generation product developed and produced by our company based on the characteristics of fire protection, domestic and production water use, with advanced foreign level. It adopts microcomputer programmable control technology and adjusts various complex tasks according to the various situations of the water supply network and water source, realizing intelligent water supply.
The constant pressure variable flow water supply device is an ideal energy-saving water supply equipment with good energy-saving effect, compact structure, small footprint, stable and reliable operation, long service life, flexible scheme design, adjustable water supply pressure, and variable flow rate. It can completely replace water towers, high-level water tanks, and various pneumatic water supply equipment, and can completely eliminate secondary pollution of water quality.
This equipment is also used to renovate the original old-fashioned pump room equipment, and after renovation, it can also achieve the goal of high efficiency, energy saving, and automatic constant pressure water supply.

1. Efficient and energy-saving
This device can automatically detect and adjust the speed (power consumption) of the electric motor based on the user's actual water consumption and pressure, ensuring that the device is always in a high-efficiency working state.
2. Stable pressure in the water supply network
The equipment is composed of a microcomputer for automatic closed-loop control, which can restore the changing pressure to normal within 0.5 seconds, and the pressure adjustment accuracy is ± 5% of the set value.

Compared with other old-fashioned water supply equipment, this device saves 3-16 times the land occupation and saves 15% -60% of investment compared to building water towers. The equipment has a small volume, easy assembly, installation and debugging, and a short transportation and installation period.

5、 Energy consumption comparison

6、 Installation and usage precautions
1. The equipment should be installed in a dry room with good ventilation, and the ambient temperature should be kept between 5-40 ℃ as much as possible, with a temperature not exceeding 90%. The room should be free of corrosive gases, dust, and flammable and explosive materials.
2. The installation position of the control cabinet is easy for operators to observe, operate, and maintain.
3. The power supply should meet the total power requirements of the equipment motor, and the power of the motor should not exceed the load capacity of the frequency converter.
4. During equipment installation, it is advisable to minimize the use of inlet and outlet bends to reduce unnecessary pressure losses. Pressure sensors should also be installed in areas where water pipe vibrations are minimal and water flow is stable.
5. The control cabinet must be reliably grounded with a grounding resistance of ≤ 3 ohms. Before connecting the power supply, the components and wiring inside the control cabinet should be checked for looseness or detachment, and the connectors should be secure. Only after confirming that there are no errors can the power supply be connected.
6. The control device has been adjusted before leaving the factory. During use, non maintenance personnel are strictly prohibited from adjusting, changing components, or altering wiring sequence without authorization.
7. The equipment has been installed and debugged by the manufacturer before being put into use.
8. After the equipment is put into normal operation, the water pump should be regularly inspected and oiled according to the instructions of the water pump manual.
9. When there is a malfunction in the control part, the company should be notified promptly for repair. Without the company's permission, users are not allowed to disassemble or adjust it on their own.
