SQ-500-SS is a self powered, 0-40mV analog output optical quantum sensor that can be used to measure the photosynthetic photon flux density (PPFD) and photosynthetically active radiation (PAR) of plant canopies, reflections, or transmissions under canopies in the field, greenhouse, and growth chamber.

SQ-500-SS photosynthetically active radiation sensor supports 389nm~692nm (± 5nm) spectrum, with a maximum range of 4000 µ mol/m2/s, Significantly improved its measurement accuracy for LED light sources, suitable for various natural or artificial light sources such as sunlight and lighting.

Thanks to the waterproof design of the probe, SQ-500-SS can be used in outdoor natural environments, greenhouses, and artificial climate chambers, as well as underwater measurement environments such as aquariums and oceans. The sensor is equipped with an M8 aviation plug, which simplifies the disassembly and replacement of the sensor, making it easy to maintain and recalibrate.
