Flexible and multi-channel grouping testing capability
Multiple testing modes can be established according to different testing requirements, and different samples can be tested in 1-4 environmental test chambers
Two wide range bias voltage and test voltage
The test voltage has three specifications: 300V, 500V, and 1000V. It can be set freely from 1.0V to 1000V and can achieve positive and negative reversal of bias voltage during the test
Three real-time current detection capabilities
During the experiment, the micro current monitoring module with a speed of up to 10 times per second can draw the working state of ion migration process between channels, which is mostly used for material analysis
Threshold determination capability for four types of insulation resistance values
There are multiple criteria for determining when the insulation resistance value drops to the set threshold, such as triggering the insulation resistance threshold once or multiple times, or running below the threshold for a certain period of time, and then disconnecting the test after judgment
