This production line consists of a fully automatic bottle sorting machine, eye drops filling and capping machine, and a vertical labeling machine. It can complete bottle sorting, filling, plugging, capping, and other processes. It is mainly used for the production of eye drops and other low-dose solutions in a connected line, and can also be used independently as a single machine.

The fully automatic bottle sorting machine system is designed to automatically send out the guide rail as long as the bottles are randomly poured into the feeding bucket. Eye drops filling capping machine, human-machine interface control, peristaltic pump filling, replaced by a vacuum suction robotic arm for better plugging, ensuring stability and qualification rate. Adopting constant torque screw cap, it has the function of no filling without bottle, no capping without plug, and automatic shutdown without bottle or plug.
