YH6000 series SF6 gas leakage quantitative alarm systemIt is an intelligent online detection system designed and developed to provide personal health and safety protection for workers in distribution equipment rooms equipped with SF6 equipment, based on the current emphasis on safety production in the power system.
The system mainly detects the SF6 gas content and oxygen content in the ambient air. When the SF6 gas content in the environment exceeds the standard or is deficient in oxygen, it can give an alarm in real time, and automatically turn on the ventilation fan for ventilation. It also has many rich functions such as temperature and humidity detection, working status voice prompts, remote alarm, and historical data query.
The system adopts the principle of sound velocity and can measure SF6 concentration in real-time and quantitatively, even at SF6 concentration of 50ppm (v/v), it can effectively detect. Not only can it achieve the goal of ensuring personal safety, but it can also ensure the normal operation of equipment; Original imported high stability ultrasonic sensors and oxygen sensors can provide more reliable protection for on-site workers.

System working principle

The YH6000 series SF6 gas leakage quantitative alarm system mainly consists of four parts:Collector, system host, peripheral devices, and monitoring system.The collector is responsible for collecting on-site environmental data from SF6 distribution equipment rooms, performing A/D conversion, and transmitting it to the system host. The system host analyzes, compares, and judges the collected data, and runs corresponding processing programs. Peripheral devices include alarm devices, ventilation devices, and are controlled by the system host.
When the concentration of SF6 gas or oxygen content in the environment changes, the SF6 gas collector can immediately capture this change and convert the detected change data into digital signals, which are transmitted to the system host through the RS-485 fieldbus. On the one hand, the system host displays the collected data from the collector on the display screen, and on the other hand, through calculation and analysis, compares it with various inherent parameters stored in the host's memory to make a judgment - whether each data exceeds the standard.
When the SF6 concentration is higher than the alarm set value (required by regulations to be 1000ppm, this system can set it by itself) or the oxygen content is lower than the alarm set value by 18%, the system host will automatically sound and light an alarm, and start the fan for ventilation, and upload an alarm signal to the remote control.

1. YH6000 system host

The YH-6100 system host receives the data transmitted by the collector, displays it synchronously, analyzes and processes it, and makes a judgment after comparing it with fixed standard parameters. When the collected data exceeds the set limit, the host automatically runs various control programs and starts peripheral devices to work, including sound and light, voice alarm, ventilation, etc. In addition, the host can measure the temperature and humidity of the environment on its own in order to compensate and correct relevant data.
