1: Product Overview
The SCYG414 flat film pressure transmitter takes the integrated silicon pressure resistance sensor as the core of the sensor, uses the flat film to directly sense the pressure signal, and the built-in processing circuit converts the sensor millivolt signal into standard voltage, current, and digital signal output, which can be directly connected with computers, control instruments, display instruments, etc., and can carry out remote signal transmission. The end face of the flat membrane pressure transmitter sensor is exposed to directly sense pressure, which can prevent problems such as scaling, unhygienic, and viscous pressure blockage.
This product is widely used in industries such as medicine, food, brewing, dairy products, beverages, etc. where viscosity is prone to clogging and requires high hygiene standards for convenient cleaning; Pressure testing for industries such as environmentally friendly chemical coatings, polyurethane equipment, paint detection systems, and measurement media where scaling may occur. Select the clamp flat film, cavity free flat film, and flange flat film leveling measurement method according to the customer's operating conditions.
