DESCRIPTION
Non contact ultrasonic crusher, also known as cup ultrasonic crusher, can crush under closed container, sterile, and ultra trace conditions. Compared to traditional probe ultrasonic cell disruptors, this instrument has the advantages of being able to simultaneously detect multiple samples at once, high experimental efficiency, no need to frequently operate the probe, and avoiding sample cross contamination. And the instrument can be equipped with a low-temperature constant temperature device, which facilitates the sample to work in an environment of 4-10 ℃, ensuring uniform energy distribution and complete ultrasonic action. Gradually becoming an indispensable standardized tool for ChIP (chromatin immunoprecipitation) and DNA splicing research platforms.
Working principle
Based on the cavitation effect of ultrasound in liquid, the transducer generates high-intensity shear force in the liquid at the top of the tool head through the amplitude lever, forming high-frequency alternating water pressure. The cells are crushed by cavity expansion and explosion. In addition, the use of ultrasonic waves to propagate in liquids generates intense disturbance, causing particles to experience significant acceleration, resulting in collisions with each other or with the vessel wall to achieve the effects of fragmentation, emulsification, and separation.
