Product Description
The F-series ultrasonic disperser utilizes the liquid cavitation effect to achieve dispersion effects in liquid-liquid, solid-liquid, and gas-liquid systems. Compared with traditional dispersion methods, it has the advantages of strong power output and better dispersion effect, and can be used for the dispersion of various materials, especially for the dispersion of nanomaterials such as carbon nanotubes, graphene, silica, etc. Currently widely used in fields such as biochemistry, microbiology, food science, medicinal chemistry, and zoology.
working principle
The ultrasonic generator and ultrasonic transducer components consist of two main parts. Ultrasonic generator (power supply) is a device that converts 220VAC, 50Hz single-phase electricity into 20-25kHz, approximately 600V alternating electrical energy through a frequency converter, and drives the transducer with appropriate impedance and power matching to produce longitudinal mechanical vibration. The vibration wave generates cavitation effect on various dispersed samples through a titanium alloy amplitude rod immersed in the sample solution, thereby achieving the purpose of ultrasonic dispersion.
