DESCRIPTION
The SCIENTZ-F series silicone oil in-situ freeze-drying machine is a freeze-drying machine specifically designed to process samples with complex heating curve requirements (especially drugs, microbial products, precious medicinal materials, etc.). It can be used for enterprise small-scale trials and small-scale production, and is particularly suitable for exploring freeze-drying processes.

Working principle
Vacuum freeze-drying technology, also known as freeze-drying technology in China. It refers to the process of drying solid materials directly into a gaseous state without going through the liquid phase under vacuum conditions. During the freeze-drying process, the solvent directly sublimates from solid to gas, as the solid component is supported by the hard solid solvent in its position. During the sublimation of solid solvents, pores are left in the dried residual material, so the original chemical structure and morphology of the solute will not be destroyed. Moreover, materials with biological activity can still restore their conformation and biological function before freeze-drying even after re dissolution. Therefore, freeze-drying technology is considered to be the safest drying method with the least impact on the properties of the dried substance.
