As is well known, nanomaterials science and engineering have become a global research hotspot. When studying surface modification of nanomaterials, the concept of wetting contact angle is often involved. The so-called contact angle refers to the angle formed when a liquid droplet is dropped on a horizontal plane of a solid, and the gas-liquid interface and the two tangent lines of the solid-liquid interface sandwich the liquid phase at the boundary point of the solid liquid gas three-phase on the surface of the solid.

Contact angle measuring instrumentIt is mainly used to measure the contact angle between liquid and solid, that is, the wettability of liquid to solid, and can also measure the contact angle when the external phase is liquid.
