The RS-SCP controller is a SCADA station control controller that adopts a modular design and supports 3 Ethernet ports and 2 to 4 isolated RS485 serial ports. It can achieve controller redundancy and synchronize data during each scanning cycle. It can be connected to RNAC series universal IO stations through the CM module, and generally supports up to 1024 IO channels per controller. Supports various wired and wireless communication methods such as fiber optic cables, radio stations, GPRS, etc. The module is encapsulated in flame-retardant engineering plastic, and the circuit design has strong electromagnetic interference resistance, making it particularly suitable for application in station control fields such as gate stations, pump stations, and heat exchange stations. RS-SCP has complete control functions, supports complex PID, and supports multiple SCADA protocols and communication initialization function blocks. Rich communication interfaces, different interfaces can simultaneously use different protocols for communication. The SLP programming software complies with the IEC61131-3 standard and supports programming languages such as ladder diagrams, functional blocks, and ST language. RS-SCP has a high computational speed, typically with a scanning cycle of less than 100ms (including data synchronization).
