2、 Main purpose:

Identify and analyze the color differences between normal grains and various types of abnormal grains, achieve automatic classification and detection, and calculate parameters such as quantity ratio and area ratio. It can be used for quality control and testing of various agricultural product grains, such as automatic classification and detection analysis of agricultural product grains with obvious color differences after mold growth, such as melon seed kernel mold growth and wheat mold growth.

Equipped with a color scanner with an optical resolution of 2400 × 4800 for imaging (such as the Purple M1 color scanner). The grain size range that can be automatically measured is 0.5-200mm (with a maximum thickness of 15mm). Has image adjustment and observation characteristics.
1. Automatic color classification detection speed and accuracy: Based on the color differences between normal particles and various types of abnormal particles, automatic recognition and classification analysis are carried out. The analysis detection speed is 10-10000 particles/minute, and the particle number analysis error is ≤± 1%. Having self-learning and classification characteristics for the color and shape of agricultural product grains, achieving automatic classification and analysis of their appearance images（Automatic learning can classify up to 10 categories）.
2. Automatically measure the grain shape parameters of each seed, including length, width, aspect ratio, area, equivalent diameter, perimeter, as well as their average and variance.
3. Auxiliary deletion: Use the mouse to select add/delete, or manually classify and count adjustments on the screen to ensure 100% accuracy.
4. Analysis data export: The analysis image results can be saved, and a total report can be automatically generated. The statistical analysis results can be output to an Excel table, as well as analysis result graphs output by width, length, area, etc.
5. The analysis process is computer-controlled, efficient, accurate, and easy to use. It is truly one click operation, and the results are displayed with just one click of the mouse.
