The SA-50 liquid chromatography atomic fluorescence spectrometer uses online chromatography separation atomic fluorescence detection method for morphological analysis, which is fast, simple, sharp peak shape, and baseline separation. ◇Optical system: Adopting a fully orthogonal dual beam stereo optical path design, it can simultaneously measure dual elements and automatically switch element measurements
◇Sample injection system: Built in fully automatic dual channel sequential injection pump injection system, without the involvement of peristaltic pump and pneumatic injection, equipped with anti-corrosion shell, can prevent dust and acid gas, overcoming the fatigue and aging of peristaltic pump tube in peristaltic pump injection system. Adopting an invisible variable, PTFE corrosion-resistant multi position valve and quartz needle tube, computer-controlled injection, the dual sequential injection pump injection system is used to inject current, reducing agent, sample, etc. (with an accuracy of 5 microliters).
◇Gas liquid separator: equipped with a two-stage chemical gas-phase gas-liquid separator device to ensure efficient atomization efficiency. The device for removing water vapor adopts an open water seal type device to prevent liquid from entering the atomizer.
◇Equipped with a capture trap device for measuring harmful elements in exhaust gas using hydride generation atomic fluorescence, it removes harmful gases such as mercury vapor from exhaust gas and reduces physical harm to experimental operators. The material used for capturing hydrazine is renewable.
◇Equipped with a module interface for direct injection of mercury into solid samples, it can be upgraded to directly measure mercury in food and crop samples.
◇Built in dual chromatography columns, equipped with dual chromatography column switching valves, can automatically switch chromatography columns, reducing leakage problems caused by frequent disassembly of chromatography columns and improving efficiency.
◇Equipped with a pre installed large volume dual chromatography column temperature box, it can simultaneously install and preheat two chromatography columns, with a temperature control range of 30 ℃ -80 ℃ and a temperature control accuracy of<0.1 ℃.
