II treatment method
Comprehensive treatment method, garbage comprehensive treatment refers to sorting mixed garbage according to its composition or characteristics, optimizing the combination of multiple garbage treatment methods, and classifying and disposing of different types of garbage, achieving reduction, resource utilization, and harmlessness in garbage treatment.
The comprehensive treatment of garbage first sorts the mixed garbage. Through the sorting system, urban household waste can be sorted and recycled, and some components that cannot be processed or are not conducive to subsequent processing can be sorted out for targeted treatment. After the sorting and pretreatment of mixed garbage, it is sent to the pyrolysis furnace through the feeding system for pyrolysis reaction. By utilizing the thermal instability of organic matter in the garbage, it is heated and distilled under anaerobic or anaerobic conditions. The organic matter is cracked and condensed to form various new gases, liquids, and solids, from which fuel oil and combustible gas are extracted.
