The system can provide comprehensive and professional vibration monitoring and diagnostic services for equipment such as steam turbines, gas turbines, pumps, and fans, including continuous process vibration data acquisition, spectrum analysis, envelope analysis, historical data management, trend analysis, sample analysis, and functional chart printing. At the same time, in cooperation with the National Engineering Research Center for Thermal Power Unit Vibration of Southeast University, a knowledge base of turbine diagnosis experts has been developed, which can diagnose a variety of faults, including friction, imbalance, rotor thermal bending, oil film oscillation, steam flow induced vibration, insufficient support stiffness, etc., to provide professional diagnosis results for unit faults in a timely manner and minimize unit damage caused by vibration faults.
