Rotary cut aerator is a new type of aeration device, which is developed on the basis of diffuser aerator and Jinshan type aerator. It has the characteristics of simple structure, light weight, corrosion resistance, low clogging, and easy installation.
working principle
The gas is sent to the aerator through the inlet pipe and mixed evenly with the mixed liquid in the cyclone ring. It is then rotated forward and backward by the dynamic core to form a gas-liquid enhanced cyclone zone. During the rising process of gas-liquid, it undergoes several cuts and collisions by reverse teeth, causing intense mixing of gas-liquid and accelerating the change and renewal of the gas-liquid interface, increasing the gas-liquid contact area, facilitating oxygen transfer, and improving oxygen utilization efficiency.
Scope of adaptation
1. Sewage treatment aeration tank with blower as the gas supply source; 2. Aeration devices for activated sludge process and contact oxidation process; 3. Pre aeration of regulating tank; 4. The original old-fashioned aerator has been updated and renovated.
