Product Introduction:
The room type high-pressure compound rotary spray cleaning machine is mainly used for degreasing and chip cleaning of large metal workpieces, especially cast iron parts, after machining. It is a cleaning method that uses a high-pressure water pump to spray cleaning solution onto the surface of the workpiece, and peel off the oil stains and iron filings adhering to the surface of the workpiece to complete the cleaning work. During cleaning, the spray nozzle remains stationary while the workpiece table supporting the workpiece rotates horizontally to achieve comprehensive cleaning. During the cleaning operation, the operator only needs to lift the product to be cleaned onto the cleaning tray, press the start button, and the equipment will automatically send the workpiece into the working room for spray cleaning, spray rinsing (rust prevention), water cutting, and then send it back to the working room. Widely used for cleaning large workpieces such as compressor housings, elevator wheels, large bearings, engine cylinders, etc.

1、 Equipment Description
The room type high-pressure spray equipment uses water-based detergent high-pressure spray cleaning for degreasing, high-pressure spray rinsing for rust prevention, compressed air water cutting, and removal of debris, oil stains, and other impurities remaining in the manufacturing process of workpieces. It has the characteristics of high cleaning efficiency, good quality consistency, stable operation, energy conservation, and site saving. The spray is a rotating spray cleaning in all directions, up, down, left, and right, which maximizes the elimination of spray blind spots and achieves good cleaning effects and a wide range of uses. The design and production mainly consider five aspects: optimal cleaning effect, minimum energy consumption, minimum material consumption, safety protection level, and ergonomics. The room type high-pressure sprinkler system mainly consists of a PLC programmable control system, a human-machine interface operating system, a main electrical control box, a spray washing chamber, a strong wind water cutting device, a two-stage oil-water separation box, an oil scraping system, a degreasing storage tank, a rinsing storage tank, a circulating filtration system, a high-pressure sprinkler device, a temperature controlled heating device, a time control device, a water mist separation and exhaust device, a waste liquid drainage system, a stainless steel heater, a pneumatic sealing door device, a liquid level control system, an inlet and outlet platform device, a worktable rotating device, a rack, and other parts.

2、 Cleaning object
1. Used for cleaning large metal components, such as compressor housings, elevator wheels, large bearings, engine cylinder blocks, and other large workpieces.
2. Maximum size of washable product: φ 1500 × H1000mm.
3. Maximum weight of washable products: ≤ 1000KG.

3、 Equipment features
1. Made of 304 stainless steel plate imported from Pohang, South Korea, it has a beautiful and durable appearance.
2. The cleaning tank is equipped with heating and a Japanese Omron digital temperature control device, with a temperature control range of 30-110 ℃.
3. Stainless steel welding workshop, pneumatic airtight door, never leaking water.
4. The tray rotation speed can be adjusted by frequency conversion to ensure comprehensive product spraying without blind spots.
5. The spray nozzles are densely arranged in a circular form, ensuring thorough cleaning and guaranteed effectiveness.
6. Powered feeding and discharging, roller structure, ensuring smooth product entry and exit.
7. The bottom of the liquid storage tank is designed with an inclined structure to prevent the accumulation of dirt and debris, and a slag outlet is also provided.
8. Two independent pipelines and pumps are used for cleaning and rinsing (rust prevention) to prevent the mixing of chemicals.
9. Large rotating tray that can accommodate workpieces of different specifications, with a large cleaning volume and fast speed.

4、 Cleaning process
Lifting and loading → automatic feeding → degreasing high-pressure spray cleaning → compressed air water cutting → high-pressure spray rinsing → compressed air water cutting → automatic discharge → lifting and unloading (manual fixed-point spraying and compressed air water cutting can be interspersed in the middle)

5、 PLC Programmable Control System
1. This cleaning system is equipped with PLC and touch screen. The user equipment manager can set the cleaning process parameters on the control panel according to the cleaning requirements, such as timing and liquid temperature. Please refer to the touch screen operation manual for specific instructions.
2. The machine is equipped with a main electrical control box, located on the left side of the equipment. The operation interface is equipped with a touch screen, which dynamically displays the entire cleaning process in real time. The simple and practical human-machine dialogue method makes it easy to set various parameters.
3. The entire user interface is designed with humanization in mind, making it easier for users to familiarize themselves with the entire system operation.
4. Utilize the rich display modes and sound and light alarms of the touch screen to promptly report various abnormal conditions that occur during the operation of the entire machine to users, enabling them to quickly troubleshoot and restore the equipment to normal at a glance.
5. Abandoning and avoiding the shortcomings of the previous pure sound and light alarm function being too single and unable to directly understand the fault point.
6. The front of the host is equipped with green, red, and yellow display lights. Green indicates normal operation, red indicates shutdown, yellow indicates standby, and no signal indicates idle machine.

6、 Random data, installation and debugging, and after-sales service
When delivering the equipment, provide a complete set of technical materials for operation, debugging, and maintenance, including Chinese operation and maintenance manuals.
2. Installation and commissioning: The equipment is transported from the supplier to the purchaser's factory, and the purchaser is responsible for unloading and positioning the equipment, as well as connecting the necessary water, electricity, and gas to the equipment.
3. The supplier is responsible for connecting the above-mentioned inlet and outlet and power supply into the equipment, and conducting on-site debugging of the equipment according to the requirements of the purchaser.
4. Training: During the installation period, the supplier shall provide on-site training for the purchaser's operators, including normal operation, maintenance, analysis of operational problems, and emergency handling procedures.
5. After sales service: After the equipment is delivered for use, it is guaranteed for one year free of charge, and compensation for parts damage caused by non-human operation errors is provided free of charge. The customer is also responsible for lifelong cost maintenance.
6. The supplier shall provide a copy of the warranty letter, indicating the warranty validity date, coverage scope, and the seller's contact person.
7. During the warranty period, we guarantee to respond within 2 hours after receiving a request for repair service from the customer and send someone to arrive within 24 hours.
