The Newbert parking lot system adopts networked management, with a fee management office set up at the exit. Through the management computer, a unified card is issued to the owners to collect parking fees for temporary parking, and automatic storage of entry and exit records, computer software management and other functional requirements can be achieved.
The parking lot adopts a card management system, which authorizes the issuance of cards to allow parking customers to park with their cards. The card serves as a voucher for entering and exiting the parking lot. Fixed customers can receive fixed parking cards (annual or monthly), which will be kept by the owner for a long time. Temporary parking customers who need to park can retrieve their cards and tickets from the ticket vending machine to enter the parking lot, and collect their cards and pay when leaving. The entrance of the parking lot can dynamically display parking space information and provide orderly guidance for vehicles.
The lane stop has responsive automatic takeoff and landing and collision and smash prevention functions, which can ensure that whether it is an approaching vehicle or a reversing vehicle, as long as it stays under the gate, the gate will not fall down, strictly preventing the occurrence of smashing and other phenomena. Add camera identification function at the entrance and exit, that is, install cameras at the entrance and exit to capture vehicle images, and link them with card reading. Through video multimedia processing technology, store vehicle image data in the system workstation's hard disk and database using image compression technology. When the vehicle exits and reads the card, the image at the time of entry can be retrieved for the administrator to identify and compare (such as vehicle model, color, license plate number, etc.), and release after confirmation of correctness.

Common card management function
Fixed car owners use commonly used cards, with a determined validity period. Within the confirmed time limit, they can freely enter and exit the parking lot. Otherwise, they cannot enter the parking lot. Common card information includes card number, vehicle number, vehicle type, validity period, etc. If charged, the commonly used card will be charged monthly, annually, quarterly, etc. After expiration, the software and Chinese electronic display screen will prompt that the card has expired. Please handle the renewal and payment procedures.
Temporary vehicle function
Temporary vehicle cards are divided into internal temporary access vehicle cards and social temporary access vehicle cards. Temporary entry and exit of social vehicles, a temporary card should be issued in the duty room, and the temporary card should be returned for record keeping when leaving.
Anti smashing car function
When the vehicle is under the running track of the barrier gate, the sensor detects the presence of the vehicle, and the barrier gate will not close until all vehicles have left under its running track.
Remote card reading function
The management system can adopt remote radio frequency card identification technology, and vehicles are equipped with remote cards (active and passive). When the vehicle reaches the card reading area, the card reader automatically reads the vehicle card information.
Image comparison function
When vehicles enter and exit the parking lot, the camera automatically senses and captures the vehicle license plate image, and stores the photo file in the computer. When entering the venue, the vehicle swipes its card, and the computer automatically compares the new photo of the vehicle corresponding to the card captured during the entrance with the last photo of the vehicle entering. The monitoring personnel can monitor the safety of the vehicle in real time.
Full position detection function
Set up the parking spaces for the parking lot in the management computer. If a vehicle entering the parking lot reaches the number of parking spaces, the computer will remind the administrator and display on the electronic screen that the parking spaces are full. Real time display of parking spaces can also be set.
Query and modify information function
Search for various relevant information. For example, a list of commonly used card information, a list of locked commonly used cards, a list of operator passwords, a list of temporary cards, etc.
Chinese display function
Adopting LED display screen, it displays the time, fee amount, card balance, card validity period, full parking space, and relevant information of the parking lot in Chinese.
Voice prompt function
When there is a car entering or exiting the channel, the system can provide voice prompts to the owner or staff through speakers or speakers locally or remotely. For example, 'Welcome, please swipe your card', prompt 'Please pay XX yuan, wish you a safe journey' when entering the venue, etc.
intercom function
Install intercom hosts in the management center and intercom extensions at each entrance and exit to ensure communication between each entrance and the management center.
