Intermittent heating and drying technology can be used to solve defects such as internal cracking, end cracking, and deformation of wood during the drying process, greatly improving the yield of high-quality wood products.

The inlet and outlet ducts of the equipment are equipped with adjustable valves, which can adjust the air volume and swirling air volume at any time according to the requirements of the wood drying process. There is also an adjustable compensation at the inlet of the fan, which can adjust the air pressure and machine volume in the drying room according to the requirements. Equipped with a steam jet valve on the main body of the equipment, the steam jet volume can be adjusted in a timely manner according to the different requirements of wood drying. There is also a combustion assisting device at the lower part of the equipment body. When the fuel does not burn due to various reasons, the combustion assisting valve can be opened to increase the combustion force and reach the temperature required for each drying stage.
