Quartz sand filter (also known as mechanical filter) mainly removes particulate impurities, suspended solids, colloids and other substances from water. The height of the filter layer filled with quartz sand, anthracite and other filter materials in the filter is greater than 1200mm. The particle size and layer height of the filter materials are reasonably filled according to technical requirements, and then treated with chemicals. After debugging, satisfactory filtration effect can be achieved, which significantly reduces the pollution index SDI of the effluent.
