1. Multiple powdered materials are automatically mixed according to the weight ratio specified in the formula. After automatic batching, each material is automatically mixed evenly by the production line and automatically lifted, stored, and packaged according to the specifications of 100-1000g/package.

2. After automatic metering (batching) of raw materials, they are put into the transition bin and directly lifted into the mixer through air flow conveying.

3. The uniformly mixed materials are automatically fed into the transition material bin, and all material bins have automatic level control switches to automatically control the action of the feeder according to the requirements of the production process.

4. Use sheet film (composite packaging film) to quantitatively subcontract qualified products, with fully automatic measurement, bag making, filling, packaging, and transportation, requiring tight sealing and good sealing performance.

5. The process flow design, equipment structure design, and material selection of the production line shall comply with relevant industry standards and meet the requirements of animal medicine GMP certification and the process requirements of Party A. All materials of the equipment, except for the supporting electrical components such as motors and control components, are made of 304 stainless steel, with no hidden material dead corners. The inner and outer surfaces are required to be smooth and flat, avoiding protrusions, depressions, and sharp angles, and convenient for manual cleaning. There are auxiliary measures such as air blowing during cleaning, and the equipment can be easily cleaned, washed with water, and convenient for sewage collection.
