The QWP stainless steel explosion-proof submersible sewage pump is developed by introducing advanced experience in high-efficiency, energy-saving, and non clogging sewage pumps from abroad, combined with the technical strength of our unit. All performance indicators have reached the national standard for similar products. Due to the use of a unique single channel impeller and a hard alloy mechanical seal device with two sets of special materials for dynamic sealing. The motor is separated by an oil chamber, which has no blockage, high efficiency, and significant energy saving. The major advantage of this pump is that it can transport sewage containing solid particles and fiber materials without clogging or entanglement. ① Adopting a unique single blade or double blade impeller structure greatly improves the ability of pollutants to pass through, effectively passing through 5 times the fiber material of the pump diameter and solid particles with a diameter of about 50% of the pump diameter.
② The mechanical seal is made of hard and corrosion-resistant tungsten carbide material, and the seal is improved to a double end face seal, allowing it to operate in the oil chamber for a long time, which can ensure the safe and continuous operation of the pump for more than 8000 hours.
③ The overall structure is compact, the volume is small, the noise is low, the energy-saving effect is significant, the maintenance is convenient, and there is no need to build a pump room. It can work underwater, greatly reducing the project cost.
④ The sealed oil chamber of the pump is equipped with high-precision anti-interference water leakage detection sensors, and thermal sensitive elements are embedded in the stator winding to provide absolute protection for the water pump motor.

Installation condition requirements
1. Before installation, carefully check whether there are any hard objects inside the pump body to avoid damaging the impeller and pump body during operation.
2. During installation, pipeline management should not be added to the pump to prevent deformation and affect normal operation.
3. Tighten the anchor bolts to prevent vibration during start-up from affecting the performance of the pump.
4. Install regulating valves on the inlet and outlet pipelines of the pump, and install pressure gauges near the pump outlet to control the pump's operation within rated conditions and ensure its normal use.
