Overview

QS type hydropower pumps are widely used for irrigation and drainage in farmland, supply and drainage systems in industrial and civil buildings, fountain projects, as well as water diversion in hilly and mountainous areas, and drainage in low-lying areas. Its characteristics are: the motor and water pump are assembled into one, the structure is simple, and the installation and disassembly are easy, the installation area is small, the use and maintenance are simple, and the operation is safe and reliable. At present, our company can provide users with more than 30 types of submersible electric pumps, including a head of 5-90 meters, a flow rate of 2-250 cubic meters per hour, and a motor power of 0.75-7.5KW.

Terms of Use

1. Power supply: A three-phase AC power supply with a frequency of 50Hz and a voltage of 380V (allowable deviation+5% -10%).

2. Water source: Generally non corrosive clean water with a sand content of no more than 0.02% and a pH value of 6.5-8.5. The extracted water temperature shall not exceed 40 ℃.

3. Installation: The electric pump should be fully immersed in water for operation, with a diving depth of no less than 0.5 meters and no more than 5 meters.

4. The volume ratio of solid particles in water does not exceed 20%. The medium moves with a viscosity of 7 * 10-7m2/s-23 * 10-6m2/s

5. For electric pumps without internal self circulation cooling systems, the motor part should not protrude more than 1/3 of the liquid level.

Structure Introduction

The QS submersible electric pump consists of two main parts: a water pump and a submersible motor. The motor cavity adopts a water filled stator winding with polyethylene insulated nylon sleeve water-resistant electromagnetic wire to ensure the normal operation of the motor in water medium. The surface of the stator and rotor is coated with special water-resistant paint. The rotor shaft extension end has a sand slinger to effectively prevent mud, sand and water from entering the motor cavity. The bearing chamber is filled with water-resistant grease and protected by a skeleton oil seal to effectively prevent liquid from entering the bearing chamber and damaging the bearing. Clean water is filled into the motor cavity to cool the motor.

The water pump is composed of impeller, guide vane body, inlet joint, outlet pipe and other components. The impeller of the water pump has centrifugal, mixed flow and axial flow types, and the fixing of the impeller adopts a cone sleeve or key guide vane body in the form of a spatial guide shell.
