One The main features of QBZY series fully automatic surface tension meter/interface tension meter are:
1. Use both platinum plate and platinum ring testing methods;
When testing platinum plates, the displayed value is the surface tension value;
When using the platinum ring testing method, the displayed value automatically locks the peak value of the sample, and then the surface/interface tension value is calculated using the provided calculation software or automatically calculated by the computer using data processing software;

II BZY series automatic surface/interface tension meter
There are a total of 6 models: BZY-101 (formerly BZY-A), BZY-102 (formerly BZY-B), BZY-103, BZY-201, BZY-202, BZY-203.
The BZY series automatic surface/interface tension meter has the same performance as the QBZY series fully automatic surface/interface tension meter, except for the manual operation of the lifting system. Featuring high-performance design and an economical positioning, it offers a high cost performance ratio.

Attachment: Introduction to Automatic Accuracy Calibration Function
At present, there are many manufacturers of surface/interface tensiometers produced in China, but it is rare to see very practical technologies such as "accuracy automatic calibration" that are only available in imported instruments.
The so-called 'accuracy automatic calibration' refers to automatically correcting the overall error of the instrument's actual measurement of the standard sample (the surface tension value of secondary distilled water at 20 ℃ is 72.75mN/m and that of pure ethanol at 20 ℃ is 22.3mN/m) to ensure that it meets the requirements specified in the technical parameters.
Usually, surface tensiometers have the function of full-scale calibration, which involves using a weight equivalent to the full range (such as 200mN/m, 400mN/m) for calibration. No matter which company adopts which method, it can only calibrate the circuit part of the instrument. Full range is very important for measuring instruments, but it is also not comprehensive: because an instrument calibrated at full range does not necessarily mean that the actual measured sample is accurate. This is because the measurement errors of the key sensing components - platinum plates or platinum rings - were not taken into account.
Platinum plates and platinum rings have high processing requirements, and after using the instrument for a period of time, they may encounter the following situations:
1. The surface of the platinum plate has some wear, scratches, or changes in its external dimensions;
2. The measurement of samples containing micro particles on platinum plates was not cleaned in a timely manner, which affected the surface roughness of the platinum plates;
3. The platinum ring is deformed, no matter how it is shaped, it is not round or the bottom is uneven;
4. The platinum plate or platinum ring is contaminated by the sample and cannot be cleaned thoroughly
If the above situation occurs, it will definitely bring significant errors to the measurement accuracy, especially in situations with high requirements. According to past practice, the only option is to repurchase platinum plates or platinum rings. Now with the 'accuracy automatic calibration function', simply testing secondary distilled water and pure ethanol can solve this problem. The measurement accuracy of the instrument can be restored to the accurate state at the factory, which provides the measurement accuracy of the instrument and reduces the operating cost of the instrument.
All types of surface/interface tensiometers produced by our company have undergone "full-scale automatic calibration" and "accuracy automatic calibration" before leaving the factory, ensuring that each instrument can meet the corresponding technical requirements.
It is difficult or unlikely for similar instruments sold on the market to truly achieve 0.1mN/m and 0.02mN/m solely through manual calibration due to the lack of "accuracy automatic calibration" function.
