Introduction to Performance Characteristics of Pneumatic Diaphragm Pump:
QBK pneumatic diaphragm pump can not only transport flowing liquids, but also transport some media that are not easy to flow. It has many advantages over conveying machinery such as self-priming pumps, submersible pumps, shielded pumps, mud pumps, and impurity pumps.
1. No need for irrigation, with a suction height of up to 5 meters, a lift of 50 meters, and an outlet pressure of 6 bar;
2. Spacious flow and good performance, allowing for a maximum particle diameter of up to 10 millimeters. When pumping mud and impurities, there is minimal wear on the pump;
3. The head and flow rate can be infinitely adjusted through the opening of the air valve (the air pressure can be adjusted between 1-7 bar);
4. The pump has no rotating parts, shaft seals, diaphragms, etc. The medium pumped is completely separated from the moving parts and workpiece medium of the pump, and the conveyed medium will not leak outward. So when pumping toxic, volatile or corrosive media, it will not cause environmental pollution and endanger personal safety;
5. No need for electricity, safe and reliable to use in flammable and explosive places;
6. After the exhaust port is connected to the liquid level of the medium, it can be immersed in the medium for operation;
7. Easy to use, reliable in operation, with simple opening and closing of the gas valve for on-off operation. Even if the pump runs without medium for a long time or suddenly stops due to unexpected situations, it will not be damaged. Once overloaded, the pump will automatically stop, with self-protection performance. When the load returns to normal, it can automatically start and operate again;
8. The pump has a simple structure and few vulnerable parts. It is easy to install and maintain, and the medium transported by the pump does not come into contact with moving parts such as the valve and connecting rod. Unlike other types of pumps, the performance gradually decreases due to wear and tear of components such as rotors, pistons, gears, and blades;

Material Description of Aluminum Alloy Pneumatic Diaphragm Pump:
The pump body (two side columns, inlet and outlet pipes) adopts high-quality materialsaluminum alloyEquipped with nitrile rubber (NBR) material sealing ball, sealing ball seat, and NBR diaphragm sheet, it can be used for transporting non corrosive media such as sewage and oil.
Note: Pumps using aluminum alloy materials for liquid transportation should not be used to transport liquids containing Fe3+(trivalent iron ions), halogenated hydrocarbons, and other halogenated hydrocarbon solvents, as this may cause corrosion and pump body rupture.
Optional accessories for pneumatic diaphragm pump:
1. The original diaphragm, ball, and ball seat of cast iron and aluminum alloy diaphragm pumps are made of nitrile rubber. Fluorine lined engineering plastic diaphragm pump and stainless steel diaphragm pump are originally equipped with F46 diaphragm on the basis of nitrile rubber diaphragm, and the ball and ball seat are made of polytetrafluoroethylene.
2. The purpose of diaphragm material:
Ding Qing rubber material: resistant to gasoline, engine oil, and medium to weak corrosive liquids.
Chloroprene rubber material: resistant to various acidic and alkaline liquids.
Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and Tetrafluoroethylene (F46): resistant to strong acids, strong bases, and various organic solvents.
3. Select diaphragm sheets, balls, and ball seats of different materials according to the different conveying media.
