Overview of Pneumatic Cut off Ball Valve

Pneumatic cut-off ball valve is composed of a ball valve and a single (double) acting piston pneumatic actuator, which has the characteristics of compact structure, small volume, reliable operation, good sealing, and easy maintenance. Pneumatic cut-off ball valves are powered by compressed air, and the valve stem drives the valve core to rotate 90 ° inside the valve body to achieve a fully open to fully closed action. Pneumatic cut-off ball valves can be divided into soft sealed valve seats and metal sealed valve seats according to their sealing performance. Pneumatic cut-off ball valves are widely used for fluid cut-off control in industries such as natural gas, oil, chemical, metallurgical, papermaking, mining, printing and dyeing, biopharmaceuticals, daily chemical, food and beverage, water treatment, and air treatment. They are used in conjunction with automated pneumatic instruments. The pneumatic cut-off ball valve adopts a lip type elastic sealing ring structure design to ensure the reliability of the seal. For ball valves used in low pressure, ultra-low pressure or vacuum conditions, the valve seat sealing structure loaded with leaf springs can ensure the long-term reliable sealing of the ball valve. The valve seat material for medium and high temperature ball valves can be selected from polystyrene or metal materials. Fixed ball valves choose front ball sealing structure, back ball sealing structure, or front and rear double sealing structure according to the pressure, medium properties, and sealing requirements. The seat material of medium and high temperature ball valves can be selected from polystyrene or metal materials.
