PE (polyethylene) can be used for film products, injection molded products, hollow products, pipe products, wire products, cable products, etc.

(Polyethylene) PE plastic is one of the five major synthetic resins and is the most produced and imported variety of synthetic resins in China. When decomposed, it produces light hydrocarbons similar to gasoline or kerosene, propylene produces carbon, and vinyl chloride produces HCL.

The reason for the odor of E film
The main reasons for the odor are as follows
1、 Use resin materials with odor.
2、 The melting temperature is too high, the raw material decomposes excessively, and a strange odor is produced.
3、 Using inferior rubber rollers can cause odors when overheated film comes into contact with inferior rollers.
4、 Insufficient cooling of the membrane bubble, excessive hot air inside the membrane bubble can cause the film to have an odor.
How to deal with the organic waste gas generated during the blown film process of polyethylene (PE) plastic - non methane total hydrocarbons?

For the production line with internal cooling for blown film machines, purification can be directly installed from the air outlet of the internal cooling fan. Through the treatment of purification equipment, the standard emission can be achieved. For the production line with external cooling of blown film machines, it is necessary to collect data from the external cooling line and then extract and purify the collected system.

Nylon plastics, most of which contain halogens, produce a gas similar to HCL when decomposed. POM resins (i.e. aldehyde resins) all have a benzene ring structure, and most of them do not break down the benzene ring structure during decomposition. Other commonly used resins such as ABS (such as polyethylene terephthalate), PC (polycarbonate), and polyacrylonitrile contain very little S and N, mainly due to the hazards of halogens and benzene.
