2、 Working principle:
When the measured liquid flows through the sensor, the impeller inside the sensor rotates with the help of the kinetic energy of the liquid. At this time, the impeller blades cause periodic changes in the magnetic resistance of the detection device, resulting in the induction of electrical pulse signals proportional to the flow rate at both ends of the detection coil. After amplification by the preamplifier, the signals are sent to the display instrument. The turbine flowmeter is composed of a turbine flowmeter and a display instrument. Sensors have the characteristics of high accuracy, good repeatability, long lifespan, and simple operation. It can be widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, and papermaking to measure the instantaneous flow rate and total volume of liquids.
