2. Dust collector structure
The cyclone pulse bag filter is a cylindrical pulse bag filter with a length of outer cylinder set at the lower section of the cylinder, so that the inner and outer cylinder sections form a relatively independent and sealed cavity, and a tangential air inlet is set on the outer cylinder.
3. Working principle
The dusty gas entering the dust collector rotates between the inner and outer cylinders, and the airflow changes from linear motion to circular motion, moving downwards along the cone to form an external rotating airflow. The dusty gas generates centrifugal force during rotation, which throws the dust particles in the gas towards the gas wall; Once dust particles come into contact with the gas wall, they lose their chronic force and fall along the wall under the downward force of gravity, entering the ash discharge outlet. The external swirling airflow forms an upward internal swirling airflow in the cone section, moving in a spiral shape upwards and being discharged through the air outlet. Its function is equivalent to that of a regular cyclone dust collector. The bottom of the inner cylinder is the air inlet of the bag filter, and the rotating airflow is conducive to uniform air intake; The blocking effect of the inner cylinder avoids the direct impact and damage of high-speed airflow on the filter bag, extending the service life of the filter bag. The cleaning process of the cyclone pulse bag filter belongs to online cleaning, and the dust sucked down from the filter bag and the dust separated by the cyclone fall into the ash hopper together.
4. The inlet of the CFMC cyclone bag type cyclone dust collector is located in the upper section of the dust collector, which has the advantage of allowing the dust collected by the filter bag to directly fall into the ash hopper, avoiding mixing with the rising airflow of the cyclone.
