Pulse Burner Series KIO/KIC
The KIO/KIC pulse burner comes with a fixed length steel burner tube and requires a burner brick or extended metal burner tube. KIC type burner requires a silicon carbide ceramic sleeve TSC. Modular design, power range 20-1000KW, direct/with small fire nozzle ignition, monitoring. Full combustion and low pollutant emissions. Specially designed and manufactured for customers for different gases and purposes.

The length of the burner tube of KIO burner
According to the type of burner head, the length of the burner tube is:
R. K-type burner head: L1=L2+15mm,
H-shaped burner head: L1=L2+65mm.

The length of the burner tube of KIC burner
The insertion depth of the burner is the sum of the lengths of the steel burner tube and the ceramic sleeve (L1+L8). When selecting this length, the nozzle should be inside the furnace wall, with a maximum distance of no more than 50mm from the furnace wall.

KIO (A) burner is equipped with an additional burner tube
The length L1 of the burner refers to the length of the burner tube and the additional burner tube.
The position of the burner head is determined according to the following formula (Figure 5):
L2=W ± 50mm.
