In response to the current security and prevention systems in prison office buildings, conference rooms, cultural and sports buildings, reeducation through labor factories, canteens, hospitals, etc., our company takes the prison access control system as the core, combines smart card technology, video surveillance technology, fire linkage technology, computer technology, and reliable door and passage control equipment to achieve convenient, safe, and real-time modern management of entry and exit; This system can achieve personnel access permissions and information supervision and management functions. And combine the three major technologies of three-dimensional protection, high-definition monitoring, and intelligent analysis to construct a powerful security comprehensive management platform. Among them, our access control system is divided into single door access control, double door access control, and four door access control management systems.

1. Permission management: The system's permission management is clearly classified, and user permission settings are flexible. You can set which doors someone can pass through, or all doors someone can pass through, or set which doors certain people can pass through.
2. Time management: It is possible to flexibly set a certain person for a certain door, which day of the week they can enter, and specifically from what time to what time they can enter every day.
3. Real time extraction: Users can monitor in real-time while automatically extracting records from the controller, and upload one record to the computer database as soon as they swipe it.
4. Online/offline operation: The system can run online under normal network conditions, with real-time monitoring and management, automatic data collection/upload, and automatic monitoring of network status. Even if the computer software and computer are turned off, the system can still run offline normally, waiting for the next online communication upload. Assuming that power outage information is never lost.
5. Remote door opening: After receiving instructions, the administrator can click the "Remote Door Opening" button on the software interface to remotely open the door that sent the request.
6. Forced opening/closing of doors: Some doors can be set to normally open and others to normally closed through software.
7. Checking the number of people inside the door: By swiping the card through the controller, the number of people in a certain office or area can be checked, and a list of personnel in that area can be displayed.
8. Card+Password: If a card reader with a password keyboard is used, the system will have card swiping, password, and card+password functions.
9. Real time monitoring and display of door status: It can monitor the card swiping and entry/exit status of all doors in real time, and display the photos of the card swiping person stored in the computer in real time for security personnel and the person to verify. If the door magnetic signal line is connected, users can know the opening and closing status of each door.
10. Alarm if the door is not closed for a long time: If the door is left open for a long time (timeout can be set) and forgotten to close, the system software monitoring interface will display a red prompt indicating the time and location of the alarm information, and drive the computer speaker to remind the duty personnel to pay attention (local or remote alarm can be set).
11. Illegal card swiping alarm: When someone attempts to swipe an unauthorized card, the system will give a red alert on the monitoring software interface and drive the computer speaker to remind the on duty personnel to pay attention. The local controller will beep an alarm or an external sound and light alarm will sound.
12. Emergency door opening and fire alarm: If the controller is connected to the alarm output and fire linkage, when the controller receives the fire switch signal, all doors under its jurisdiction will automatically open, making it easier for personnel to escape.
13. Illegal intrusion/forced door opening alarm: that is, forcibly opening or breaking in the door without legal means (card swiping, password, fingerprint, button, etc.). The system software monitoring interface will display a red prompt indicating the time and location of the alarm information, and drive the computer speaker to remind the on duty personnel to pay attention (local or remote alarm can be triggered).
14. Emergency door closing/one key locking: This function does not require software settings, just connect the emergency switch to a specific wiring point of the controller (emergency input). In case of an emergency, press the emergency switch, and all doors under the control of the controller will be closed. Pressing the button or swiping the card will not open the door. Normal operation can only be restored after the management personnel unlock the system.
15. Coercion alarm: When the user is coerced to open the door, they can enter the coercion password on the password keyboard. The door will be opened and the user will not be harmed. The software monitoring interface of the central control center has already displayed the alarm information of the location being coerced to open the door. At the same time, the computer speakers in the control center will emit an alarm sound (no local alarm signal) to remind the on duty staff to pay attention in a timely manner.
16. Real time monitoring of electronic maps: Each controlled door is equipped with detectors (such as door magnets), and the equipment is connected to the network in real time. The door status (such as normal opening, closing, abnormal opening, timeout closing, etc.) can be displayed in real-time through software on the electronic map interface, achieving real-time map monitoring of each door.
17. Expandable external verification receiving devices: According to actual needs, an external reading head with a password keyboard can be connected, and users can verify through card swiping, password, and other methods; External fingerprint recognition device, which allows users to pass biometric authentication by pressing their fingerprints; External facial recognition device, users need to pass the facial recognition verification method; External iris, palm print, and vein analyzer, users need to verify the corresponding recognition methods to pass.
18. Linkage video surveillance: This function can achieve real-time video surveillance or image capture of controlled doors through the interconnection between the access control system and the video surveillance system hardware or software according to the actual needs of users and the site.
