The SBW and DBW series compensating AC power stabilizers are designed by our factory to stabilize AC voltage by introducing and absorbing advanced technologies from Western Europe, while taking into account China's national conditions. When the external power supply network voltage fluctuates, it can automatically maintain the stability of the output voltage. The compensating transformer (hereinafter referred to as the main transformer) uses cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheets imported from Japan, with a magnetic flux density B of 14000 Gauss and a thickness of 0 35mm ， The transformer has a large margin and low loss, and the coil adopts double glass fiber wrapped wire. Adopting advanced vacuum impregnation technology, the insulation level reaches Class F. 2. The surface of the cylindrical winding of the voltage regulating transformer is polished and processed to remove insulation, resulting in a smooth conductive surface for good contact between the electric brushes. 3. The transmission mechanism consists of a servo motor, worm gear, worm gear, sprocket, and chain (including needle roller shaft), with low friction, flexible transmission, and rapid response. Long service life, absolutely no jamming phenomenon. 4. The structure of the electric brush contact system is reasonable and reliable to ensure the pressure of the electric brush. 5. The box adopts a closed cabinet type, with small volume, good heat dissipation, prominent detection instrument position, and accurate indication. 6. The control system has changed the traditional analog control circuit to a digital control circuit, adopting a newly designed double-sided control circuit board and undergoing aging experiments, with high voltage stabilization accuracy It has high voltage stabilization accuracy, automatic power on, delayed output, overvoltage, undervoltage, phase loss, phase error, automatic protection and sound and light alarm function, easy adjustment, stable and reliable. 7. The sampling transformer adopts an R-type transformer, which has strong anti-interference ability, energy-saving, low leakage and stable operation.
