The main features of the smart factory energy consumption monitoring system are as follows:

1) Realize online monitoring and intelligent management of the power consumption and equipment operation status of factory buildings;

2 independently developed intelligent data collectors, which collect data from smart devices such as electricity meters, water meters, gas meters, PLCs, etc. through communication methods such as RS485, wireless Zegbee, and wireless GPRS;

3) The intelligent data collector has flexible collection time settings, internet/wireless 3G transmission mechanism, and can achieve breakpoint retransmission, ensuring that data is effectively stored locally in the event of a 30 day disconnection and can be retransmitted after going online;

4) To establish a unified energy consumption and equipment monitoring and management platform for energy-saving intelligent factories, to achieve statistical analysis and management of energy consumption of unit buildings and key equipment, and to achieve classification and sub item statistics of energy consumption; Real time monitoring of the operating status of key equipment and generating reports for intelligent management;

5) Through energy consumption data analysis, identify energy consumption holes;

6) Provide direction for energy-saving renovation and verify energy-saving effects;

7) Horizontally comparing energy consumption data of buildings of the same type, encouraging advanced and supervising backward through energy consumption disclosure;

8) The data transmission adopts MD5 authentication algorithm and AES encryption algorithm to ensure the reliability and confidentiality of information transmission.


system structure

The system is networked according to specific engineering conditions and adopts a hierarchical distributed structure.

According to the size of the project, communication media and networking methods can be flexibly selected. When the devices are concentrated, shielded twisted pair cables and Category 5 eight core shielded cables are usually used as communication media; When the system equipment is relatively scattered, optical fiber can be used as the communication medium, and the networking method can use fiber ring network or fiber star network; If there are few and very scattered devices, wireless communication devices can be used for networking.
