Principles of Measurement
XY800-EC typePortable conductivity analyzerComposed of PMI-800 portable host and PEC-300 portable conductivity sensor. The measurement principle is to place two parallel plates into the solution being measured, apply a certain potential (usually a sine wave voltage) to both ends of the plates, and then measure the current flowing between the plates. The conductivity is determined by the Ohm formula based on voltage and current values.

Widely used for on-site portable monitoring of water conductivity in industries and fields such as aquaculture, sewage treatment, surface water, industrial and agricultural water supply and drainage, domestic water, boiler water quality, swimming pools, scientific research universities, etc.
